Personalized items are final sales.  Be sure to spell check.  Items not personalized can be returned with a receipt within 30 days of ordering for a refund of the purchase price minus a $10.00 restocking fee.  Defective merchandise will be replaced with another of the same item at no additional cost upon receipt and inspection of the defective product. 

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days after processing. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days after processing. Two-day shipping is available at a premium. Processing on personalized items varies based on product. Typical processing for the etched glasses is approximately 1-3 business days.
